Why should HE go to jail, he’s the one paying all the bills! I’ve never heard of Linda having any type of job, has anyone?? outside of the home that is…….

I’ve never heard of such thing. What the article forgot to mention is that the money is specifically for a Las Vegas house for Linda. It’s not designed to be a shared thing or getaway. I assume that since Hogan is supposed to pay his part for it, then he can stay there. But to my knowledge that house is for Linda. If that is true, I suggest Linda gathers all of those pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters that she calls "her share" and uses it to by an affordable house. Either that or she gets a real job. Maybe she can get a job with Vince Mcmahon and cut shoot promos on her ex husband, I don’t know. But I don’t think she can just take him to jail.

Not me. His son is already in jail. He’s been jerked around alot by his family…who knows whether or not it’s deserved but, he sure is winding up in a bad way.

Nick deserves to be in jail but he took it like a man. Linda is dating a boy actually younger than Nick..
Hogan has nothing to do with their actions, and no shouldn’t go to jail. Linda seems to have forgotten something lately: Brooke. I’m not a fan hardly even seen her.. But this whole mother and brother issues must be really awfull. Boolea family is falling apart and Hulk Hogan is the only one who can help there a little bit. No he doesn’t deserve to be in jail AT ALL!!

I really don’t think he should go to jail, however; in some states it is against the law to fail to pay alimony. If they are not even divorced yet, I don’t know how a judge would "adhere" to the call, since alimony would not have been awarded.

I think Linda needs to get over herself, grow up, get a guy her own age and then get a job and earn her own money!!
Bottom line, the judge said he was supposed to pay. He didn’t. You don’t do as the court tells you, they find you in contempt and put you in jail. I hope he pays though. This is all Nick’s fault.
