Reid’s latest racist remark has all but sealed his fate. It was so idiotic that he must have done it on purpose. Even he isn’t stupid enough to try and categorize a whole race of people, is he?
I think he wants to go back into Real Estate so he can mop up on the 50% of foreclosures that he and Barney Frank caused in Las Vegas.

My spouse and I think we are going to be moving to Vegas soon and we’ve been looking at the real estate there. I do not like the southwest architecture and I hate how everything is new and custom made. We used to live in Tucson, AZ and the homes seem to be the same there, which I was not a fan of but Tucson does have a lot of ‘regular’ style homes. Does anyone know if there are any kind of historic neighborhoods (not 1950′s vintage) or some neighborhood that has different style of homes other than Southwest? Thanks!
My husband and I are currently living in Las Vegas and have been wanting to move back east (he’s originally from NY, and I’m from Maine) for quite some time now… we just recently found out that we both have possible transfer opportunities to CT from our jobs. He would be working at the Foxwoods casino there, so we’d need to be somewhere reasonably close to there… What are good areas to live in that are withing 30 – 45 minutes from Foxwoods?
We’ve been checking out real estate in towns like Norwich & New London… But was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for a good place to start/ raise a family…

My husband and I have 2 child we now live in Vegas but my whole familly is on Long Island New York where my mom, 4 sisters and 2 brothers live. My sons would also be near their cousins, my sons are 2 yrs old and 6 yrs old. The 6 yr old is really close to his cousins and misses them, but I’m thinking that Tampa would be a better choice as far as weather, cost of living. That lifestyle would more coincide with what I want for the future possibly to become a stay at home mom or continue
working parttime. I am a pharmacist and my husband is a pilot(just starting off). We’re definately moving but its hard to decide on which to chose NY or Tampa, With the real estate costs in NY and high cost of living I’d be handcuffed to my job, but then I’d be close to family, we have noone in Tampa just like in Vegas and we felt totally isolated for the 5 yrs we’ve lived in Vegas, which would you chose if it were you in the same situation.

Back in 2006 I fell into the timeshare scam, the las vegas one, seemed like a good deal and all is well and good until I hit some hard times and couldn’t pay them. The weird thing is is that while I was paying them on time they never reported it to the credit bureau, but now that I fell behind they and plus they put it as real estate. I thought that if you buy a piece of real estate and you have a mortgage, they have to report if you are paying or not the credit bureau?

CARE TO TRY AGAIN ?
i got married a year and a half ago in vegas. I was working and my wife as well. She later had to quit her job to finish her masters program. After getting married in vegas spontaneously, i knew i wanted to give her more than what i gave her in vegas. She wanted to get rings and have a wedding down the road. I agreed and promised i would try and make it happen. Well it hasnt…and its a year later. I got into real estate, she had to quit her job and i said i would take care of her. Since then money has been hard and i had to get a job to cover bills. She hasnt worked but she just got hired. I wanted to get her a ring, but she had a savings and was able to financially get it before i could do it on my own. I knew it was wrong, but i knew she needed to have a ring…at least. Through this struggle these last 6 months, she has built resentment due to my lack of action and following through with my promises. I love her so much, but she wants to divorce me, i want to fix it!
