Ok long story short. I live in Las Vegas. In a condo, Been living here for 6mon and last month was told that these condos have been foreclosed since last year sept 08. So the lady who has been managing the property she has been collecting rent. Would I be able to sue? for all the rent that I had paid her. Also she could of known it was foreclosed and just be collecting the rent. What should I do?
my husband, baby(1yr old) and myself are planning a move to las vegas in october 2009. we don’t want to buy a house, we just want to rent for 2-3 years and be kinda close to the strip, as the hubby will be going there a lot…anyway, do you know any sites that offer fully furnishsed single family homes or even condos? and where is the "nice" place to stay? which area is safe? i keep hearing abount summerlin, do they rent there?

Hello Yahooers!!!! My best friend and I are thinking of moving to Las Vegas by summer of ‘09. My main question is I have been doing some research and I have found some really nice condos/apartments at Lake Mead Blvd, so how well is that are to live at? and are there any other nice neighborhoods I could be looking at, I would really appreciate it if you gave me honest answers and not negatives ones involving "you shouldn’t move there, or what would you wanna go there" I am looking for a job over there in the medical field, so by no means am I gonna end us as a stripper, and I see that there are a lot of possibilities, also, since were splitting everything in half, around how much should we come up (each) lets say…for a condo of 0 a month, and utilities and whatever we need so we can survive while we find jobs over there…Thank you for all your answers….
Also, if someone can recomend any other neighborhoods we can check out, that are safe and relativelly not so expensive, I would really apreciate it, and please don’t waste your (or my time) not answering my question, I’m serious here!!!

Is the prices of housing going down or staying the same as last year? My husband and I are planning a move out there and we would like to know the best section to live in. We presently live in Pennsylvania, but we love Las Vegas. Also, another option we are thinking about…..any condos out there that are available for leasing? We would at least like to come out there for 5 months (during our winter).
We were familiar with the Las Vegas area a few years ago. But, we know things change. We will be moving to Las Vegas very soon & need to know which areas are best for condos & apartment living. Which areas are safest? Whish areas are the most convenient to the Medical Center, shopping, etc.? Also, which areas shoud we avoid?
Hey guys, I once had a riend here in Vegas that was a real estate agent and he showed me this web site where it lists the current value of your home which was really useful to know as it let u know if the value of your home had appreciated or deppreciated. I’m not sure if you have to actually be a licensed real estate agent to aqccess this site, that might be the case but my question is, does anyone know of ANY site that gives a very close approximation of the value of your home?…In my case we have a condo in a complem full of condos so I asssume it might be easier as they should all be worth the same thing roughly…..Thanks everyone….Take care
