Me & my girlfriend (at the time) & her 3yr old daughter moved into a condo last year, during this time we have been having more & more problems. Just last week I checked myself into a hospital cause I was sick & she showed out in the hospital for nothing. I left the ER early & told her I would stay in the second bedroom until i was ready to save up & move out but instead she basically kicked me out for 4th time. I’m fine with that (we are done) but now she wont let me get out of the lease & I cant afford to pay the lease & utilities & have a place of my own & i cant afford to damage my health anymore because of her either. can someone PLEASE HELP me with this stressful situation!?

Ok first off I know it’s wrong in some cases but I hate my place of employment. I am not over exaggerating when I say my boss sexually harasses any female employee he goes behind them and makes sexual gestures and gropes them If they threaten him he has them fired. One time I heard him tell a girl take the next 3 days off and she said ok. On the 3rd day he had her fired for no call no show she pleaded her case but they took the managers side over hers. I went and told HR what I heard she said ok and went to the GM, he told the manager what I said so he denied it and still got away with it. The GM told him it was me so now I’m on his sh!t list. He’s trying to get me fired to the point that I can’t collect. Like he gets in my face and down talks me, he even called me a motherphucker hoping I will hit him or curse him out which I’m close to doing. We all think him and the GM are ripping the company off because I’ve seen them exchanging money and taking cases of liquor. By the way I’m a purchasing manager for a Las Vegas resort. The owner lives in another country so no way of contacting her. I have no proof I just want to get out of there ASAP. The F&B manager is a racist Hispanic who refuses to hire American and only hires illegals so he can take full advantage of them especially the women these people are miserable as he belittles them everyday. There is a few of us Americans in the office which he is targeting. He had an old lady in reservations fired because she threaten to kick his a$$ 2 weeks ago. Shes 60 years old.

Now I know there are ways to get fired and collect. I had a friend that got fired for calling in sick to many times and he was eligible and another was fired and eligible because he was fired for making to many mistakes. But are these sure proof ways or is there another way. I need out before I seriously hurt him. I even called some of my old friends from my old neighborhood and they’re more than willing to beat his a$$ on the drop, but I’m not that kind of person anymore. But this guy thinks he’s untouchable because he’s the GM’s lap dog so I think I would be doing everyone a favor.

Please any suggestions? I can’t quit because I will automatically be denied and I need income. Purchasing manager positions are hard to come by in a very, very competitive Las Vegas. Unemployment rate is 14%

My boyfriend and I will be driving half-way across the country and we want to find neat places along the way to stop at. It is just the two of us – no kids – and we like small adventures and even quirky side attractions. The problem is we have no idea where to go! Although we really want to see the country, we are also on a tight time schedule so we would prefer places that don’t take the whole day (2 hour max?). Here is our route:

1. Columbia MO to Tuscon AZ. Hwy 44 through Springfield MO & Tulsa OK. Hwy 40 through Oklahoma City OK, Amarillo TX, & Albuquerque NM. Hwy 25, then Hwy 10.

2. Tuscon AZ to Los Angeles CA. Hwy 10.

3. Los Angeles CA to Las Vegas NV. Hwy 15.

4. Las Vegas NV to Columbia MO. Hwy 15 to Hwy 70 all the way home (going through Denver CO, Topeka KS, and Kansas City KS).

I’m a 19yo male, self-employed individual moving from LV to LA by December. 2 of my friends that are web administrators are going with me too but none of us are sharing a place.

1. What areas in the city somewhat close to the beach(within 15-20 blocks) would you recommend if I want to lease? I will spend up to ,000 a month for an apartment(or preferably a condo or loft). I at least want a 1 bedroom but it would also be nice if it included an office to put my computer(s) and all of my software in(I’m an authorized online software reseller through Apple, Microsoft & Adobe.).
2. How is skateboarding in LA? I do drive but I also plan on skateboarding to the beach, to eat, etc…… how is the skate scene in LA?

im having a huge problem with the exact same thing. I live in Las Vegas where the heat is just as bad. Yhe trash under my stairs from my downstairs neighbors has been there approaching 3 weeks. I called the association since I won my condo & they have done absolutely nothing. I called the health department nearly 3 times. There are flys and maggots under my stairs today . I went down and knocked on the door and asked when they planned on taking the trash out & she said " when i feel like it" then I said "actually the trash needs to please go out today." she got in my face n said "what are you gonna do about it." I dont want to be arrested for domestic dispute (not to mention shes about twice my size) Im at a loss , im scared my home that I own will become infested. Does any have any suggestions????

My boyfriend and I currently live in Las Vegas and we really don’t like it here… but we LOVE California! We’d love to live in an area like our last place (downtown Kansas City, MO) – someplace safe but that still has culture – music, art, etc. We are both still in our 20′s and we have no kids. We do have pets though, so a place with a dog park nearby would be fantastic!

Also, to be more specific, I found a great looking condo in North Highlands (right by I-80 & Madison Ave). Is that an ok area also? Thanks for any help!! =)

I’m 22 and I live with my aunt who is also my roommate and we split the mortgage. We stay in a 1600sq ft condo but she is planing on moving soon. She wants to leave me the condo when she moves and still pay her half, shes only leaving because she is moving with her BF.
I will be working for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department after my completion of the academy and will be making good money while Im in training (,000 and around ,000 after we get raises throughout & a lot of overtime). I pay 0/month in student loans and my cell bill, .. mortgage which I barely pay anything, 0.. I know I have to consider utilities also when she moves.
I want to buy a nice car around -K and I have a co-signer since I don’t have much credit history, the car she gave me is going to s***t and I need to get rid of it….. I know its important to save for a house and all but since I have this condo that she is almost giving to me, do you think its wise to go ahead and buy a car around that price or should I still aim lower? My family helps me a lot, people say I’m spoiled but I work hard for what I get they just make it easier on me to get through life….
