My ex owes back child support and legal fees from 1995-1999,I want to put a lien on his home in Vegas,how?

Go to the child support office and tell them where he lives. If it hasn’t been too long, they will get him.
You can’t. Putting a mechanics lien on someone’s property can only happen if there has been construction or improvements on that property. You can’t go around slapping liens on people indiscriminantly. There are other legal remedies you can use such as small claims court, social services, etc. to get your ex to pay up. Filing a lien against his property is 100% not one of those methods, sorry.
