If Mexicans were smart, they would have built Las Vegas in Mexico, and enriched their country.
I wouldn’t call Vegas something that enriches culture. THen again you might think Gaudy neon lights and girls in skimpy clothings with a lot of feathers socially enriching.

Las Vegas is known to be an international city…..People from all over the world visit and live there…..There are people from all over Asia and India who live there also….Keep in mind, we are a relatively new country with little culture compared to Europe and Latin America…..
Mexico has a rich history and culture with its native people….You may find this surprising, but when Mexicans travel abroad, they are readily accepted and known, with the acception of the US…..Because of the culture and food…..

If they are all legal that’s fine. Culture is important. But I don’t understand why Mexicans arent interested in making Mexico a better place to live

I’m not exactly sure in what context you mean "took over" or "built". History will show you that Mormons originally settled the Las Vegas area and the Mafia capitalized on the gambling industry there. I don’t think Mexicans had a part in anything in Las Vegas unless it was as uneducated laborers, day workers, and service trades people.
Mexicans can do what they want in Southern America because it is their former territory and they have a great influence in the said area.
