Las Vegas Real Estate Is it time to buy 89142 Terrasanta Condos as investment?

I have found another lower priced condo complex at what I believe to be a superior location to the "Strip" and other services. I do think the market in Las Vegas is almost finished falling in price and I see activity picking up dramatically. I do think NOW is the time to buy.

That said, it is hard to beat 2 bedroom condo units priced under $60,000 that are built in 2002. If this is the complex you like then jump on it NOW! If I can help, please let me know.
