Is it too late to make the deadline of April 30 for reaching a contract to buy a home for the $8k tax credit?
I am in the market to buy a house here in Las Vegas, NV and I heard that the 00 tax credit expires soon- specifically April 30 to reach a contract to buy a home and July 1 to close

As long as you are under contract by April 30th and close by July 1st.
