I’m 5’3 and 115 pounds. I, and others think so too that i have a very nice body. I just want to tone up a little bit for the summer and so forth. School is almost out too. I get home and tan 1-2 hours a day. I do have a gym class but thats about as much exercise as i get. And my step mother says it looks like i lost some weight.

Any other exercise i get is shopping, or walking around the strip [las vegas] cause im in Clark County NV :p

Any tips? Or ideas? I can’t seem to build the drive in me.
My step mom got that Turbo Jam video package thing and the first time i used it i couldn’t even walk the next day! But i love pushing myself that far so maybe ill get up and try it again.

My diet:
All i ever drink is orange juice, water or a capri sun juice box :p
LOTS OF JUICE!
I eat a lot of apples, strawberries and grapes.
And a lot of rice and meet. And thats probably it.

Oh and mac & cheese and mash potatoes but not too often.
