I'm a lazy girl, ways to tone up for the summer?
I’m 5’3 and 115 pounds. I, and others think so too that i have a very nice body. I just want to tone up a little bit for the summer and so forth. School is almost out too. I get home and tan 1-2 hours a day. I do have a gym class but thats about as much exercise as i get. And my step mother says it looks like i lost some weight.
Any other exercise i get is shopping, or walking around the strip [las vegas] cause im in Clark County NV :p
Any tips? Or ideas? I can’t seem to build the drive in me.
My step mom got that Turbo Jam video package thing and the first time i used it i couldn’t even walk the next day! But i love pushing myself that far so maybe ill get up and try it again.
My diet:
All i ever drink is orange juice, water or a capri sun juice box :p
LOTS OF JUICE!
I eat a lot of apples, strawberries and grapes.
And a lot of rice and meet. And thats probably it.
Oh and mac & cheese and mash potatoes but not too often.

join a swim team. they will get you in to shape. trust me im on 2 and i got in shape fast. plus you’ll get tan to so its all good

Try this. Everytime you get in shower you do 20 pushups against shower wall while standing. The other is to lift your leg behind you toward your back to build muscle in back of leg and tighten the bootie!
Food- Lay off bread, noodles, and cola. Really make this a goal. Not a diet. If you tell yourself I am going to lose 10lbs and build muscle by july stick to your goal. Eat most of what you eat now just less. Its amazing the results.!

Swimming is a really good, full-body, low-impact workout. And the workout video you mentioned sounds promising.
Getting a decent workout every other day for at least 30 minutes would be really good.

Okay first off NO FREAKING FAIR YOU LIVE NEAR LAS VEGAS MY DREAM PLACE! But running and lifting weights is a quick and easy way to stay in shape. I have never tried turbo jam but it looks like a great way to stay in shape. AHHH MAN YOUR SOOOO LUCKY YOU CAN GO TO THE STRIP ANYTIME YOU WANT! Ugggh :/ If you have a myspace like plllllease add me cause I would love to chat and see pics!
