Hi, I hate that you lost your job, I know the feeling, and it really sucks because you have bills to pay and the job market is tight right now. It sounds like the company is involved in a lot of unethical practices and of course you should include this in your unemployment claim. The most important factor of course is whether you live in a state that is an "at-will" employer. In certain states, it is perfectly ok for them to fire you because they don't like your attire that day (you get the point) they can fire you for no reason and you can quit without giving them notice. This law protects businesses mostly. You should go to the unemployment office in your area and they can give you more info. I have been down that road before and it looks like you have a good case--they will end up paying in you in the end. Good Luck :)
