I am wanting to go on holiday to las vegas but i want to book a villa/condo i have seen some for the bellagio but i can’t find any prices online and I don’t have time to call countless holiday shops. Can someone help me with prices or somewhere i can contact for prices i can’t call the bellagio as i am in the UK.

I’m a food server in las vegas and was curious if it were legal for my place of employment to charge me full menu price of items that payment was messed up ie running the wrong credit card to a check and voiding it making the card info diassappear so I was left with a check that I was made to pay for by my general manager..
Okay me and my ex boyfriend has been on and off for about 6 months. He is stingy and cheap i think alot has to do with the fact that he gives his mom money every month and he pretty much set up a damn bank account for her to get money out of his check.He doesn’t do any real stuff for me he does want to take me out from time to time but he knows i don’t like going no where so i think thats his way of trying to pretend that he wants to knowing that i don;t want to go anyway. Im not working right now and hes in the airforce. Its like he wants me to have a job so freaking bad, thats all he talks about. He doesn’t say baby come stay with me until you get on your feet. Its mostly oh you need a job. I live in northern california and he stays in las vegas, nv and both states have messed up economies and i have been trying extremely hard. But it seems like he wants to deal with someone with a job.My mother is getting in my *** about what he does for me besides screw me and i cant really say what he does cause its nothing there. She says if a man truly loves you hell show it not just screw you. Its humiliating! I hate it! I lost 50 dollars on the crap table because he told me he wanted me to play with him and he borrowed 20 dollars from me. So when he won 700 on the crap table i asked him could i have my 70 dollars back. He replied and said no at first then he got upset and said take your money and get out. Then he came back and started lying about how he only owed me 40 or sum crap and that’s what he gave me 40 dollars. And he started bragging about how he feed me the whole time for two weeks and he don’t owe me nothing. Even though i cooked all the damn meals that i ate.We get along cool but its just this stingy shyt he got goin on! WTF! HELPPPPPPPPPPP
I have a rental condo in Austin, TX with about 40k in hard equity based on the last sale in my complex. I basically want to trade it for a house or land in Las Vegas and rent out all the rooms using it as a business.
Can I trade it for anything, anywhere? Is there a place where 1031 exchangers meet up? I’ve been reading about it but the info is just to vague for me to get it.
ok so i want to move to UNLV and open up a business and i will be attending UNLV ..i sont want to pay out of state tution for the first year so i plan on opening my online business as soon as i get there and i will be conducting business out of my apartment. long story short if i show UNLV my business license proof of operations and everything else will i have good chances of being reclassified as a resident…UNLVS website states that a person moving to nevada for the primary purpose of full time employment and or to operate a business than he or she can classify as a resident
I have a condo in Las Vegas, it was rented end of June by my property manager. I have been with them for more than 4 years, and everything was ok. I have received a statement for July and August. Because of repair in the condo, I did not expect rent in July. But when I start asking in August, no answer, I only received the statement. I keep on asking and I was told that the accounting manager will answer me. I have let voicemails and emails everyday for 2 weeks, no answer. They still have a secretary answering the phone, but when you ask for someone you go straight to voicemail. Yesterday, I contacted my tenant and asked him to send me the rent from now on. I have also send the property manager a letter of termination of agreement. And I have filled a complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Commission.
What else should I do? Today they owe me 3 month rent and the tenant security deposit, do I have any chance to get this back? (Owners of the company have been in business for more than 10 years and are well known in Las Vegas.)

We are renting a condo and we are 6 months into our lease. (in Las Vegas, NV if it matters) The homeowner is just recently in default and going through foreclosure. Our rental agency reduced our rent and said we have at least 3 months to find a place before the bank owns the condo. Now to homeowner wants to put a lock box on the door and start showing the house to try to sell it, thus breaking our 12 month lease. Is it worth it to take him to court for damages or should we just move at the end of this month and forget about it?
EDIT ADDITION: He is attempting to sell it and kick us out asap. So he is breaking the lease. Basically he wants to come in and out as he pleases to try to sell the condo.
