Is President Obama, the federal Justice Department & the Department of Homeland Security guilty of Malfeasan?

Malfeasance is defined as the failure to perform an act that is either an official duty or a legal requirement; and/or willful negligence. The Obama administration has been almost totally hesitant to enforce immigration laws. The official comments regarding immigration laws is that they are obsolete and need to be updated but the administration fails to take any action to get them updated. In the mean time our nation is suffering under a massive number of illegal aliens. Americans cannot find jobs but employment of illegals is being protected by elected state and federal officials and by unions in Las Vegas.

Neglecting our immigration laws is having a disastrous effect on our quality of life. Talk of allowing amnesty or the "pathway to citizenship" makes a mockery of our laws and is an insult to legal immigrants in our country. If our federal government is not going to take necessary action to enforce our laws should they be charged and prosecuted for malfeasance?
Quizzard – I agree there are people being arrested for immigration law violations but much of the immigration law is being ignored and often the person arrested is not prosecuted because of the White House policy and attitude to ignore the immigration laws. The definition did not include success but failure to comply with the law.

I have contacted the realty management company several times since receiving several telltale notices on my door. First they denied anything was up then they said it was in loan modification now they say it’s in short sale. In the meantime someone is pocketing 50/mo and sitting on 00 in deposits. It cost me thousands to make this move 8 months ago. How can I re coop that? Also my lease is for 2 years.

Trying to find the true value of a property in las vegas?

I own a condo in las vegas and I was wondering if anyone knows how to find the"True Value" of a property. I paid 30k cash for the condo last year. I went on zillow.com but their property values seem realy inflated to me. I would like to put it up for rent in the next 6 months and don’t know what I should ask for rent. I live in the zip code of 89108. Thanks for your help.
