I am leaving Los Angeles and moving back to Las Vegas after the first of the year..I cannot handle how much it costs to live here….I want to go to a real estate school in Las Vegas….does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks!!
Are people who bought vacant land in Las Vegas during the real estate boom raking in the money now?
All those people who bought acres of vacant land for -20K were planning on a nice windfall. But, with the soft landing in the housing market and a significant decrease in the number of new homes being sold and the prices at which homes are being sold, are their dreams of being bought out by real estate development companies over with? Or just prolonged?

Has anyone ever heard of the condominiums at 950 seven hills drive. Is this a good area? Should I be looking somewhere else? Its a bank owned so its cheap and all I want is an apt. that I can go to when I visit vegas which is like 4-5 times a year.
